Devora Otuonie is a renowned artist and designer with over a decade of experience in the creative industry. With a background in both art and design, she holds degrees in artist-photography from the Kiev National University of Technology and Design and in clothing and accessories design from the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts.

In a city as visually extravagant as Miami, standing out requires something truly special, and Devora Otuonie, or simply Debby, has managed to do just that. A Ukrainian-born artist of Nigerian descent, Debby is helping to redefine what it means to blend aesthetics with authenticity, offering not just beauty but what many describe as a visceral emotional experience through her work.

In February 2025, the Golden Time Talent platform, recognized as a global leader in organizing competitions and festivals, concluded the large-scale contest Grand Final Art 2025. An international jury composed of experts from around the world evaluated over 100 entries from participants representing 30 countries, identifying the most talented and inspiring artists.
